Prayer and Devotions
Prayer doesn't have to look the same for everyone. From the Rosary and Stations of the Cross to praying for others and for vocations, these devotions give us simple ways to spend time with God and grow in faith. ✦ Prayer Chain
The Sts. Peter & Paul Prayer Chain brings parishioners together to pray for those in need. Have a prayer intention or want to join the prayer chain? Contact Anna Mae at 812-774-7324 or Joyce at 812-664-7615. Thank you for helping us lift one another up in prayer!
✦ Rosary
The Rosary is prayed Monday evenings at 6 p.m. and before all weekend Masses. All are welcome to join us. Interested in leading the Rosary? Please contact the parish office.
✦ Stations of the Cross
During Lent, we walk with Christ through His Passion and reflect on His Sacrifice for us. Stations of the Cross are prayed on Monday evenings at 6:15 p.m. and are led by our fifth grade students on Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. All are welcome.
✦ Traveling Chalice for Vocations
Our Traveling Chalice for Vocations is a special Sts. Peter & Paul tradition inviting families to focus on prayers for vocations. Each week, the chalice travels to a different family, where it serves as a visible reminder to pray for those discerning God's call. During the week with the Traveling Chalice, families commit to praying daily for vocations using prayers provided by the parish. Together, we pray for an increase in vocations and for each of us to listen more closely to how God is calling us to serve. If your family would like to host the Traveling Chalice, please contact the parish office.
